Grundfos Jockey Pumps:
The basic CR pump range, which can be applied in almost any industrial solution, is already in itself the broadest range available. Through our modular approach, we have made it even broader.
The basic CR pump range is available in four different materials: cast iron, two grades of stainless steel, and all-titanium. There are eleven flow sizes, capable of producing up to almost 50 bar of pressure, and with a variety of shaft seals, rubber materials and supply voltages.
Pump parts which are typically vulnerable to difficult liquids or particularly demanding operating conditions can be optimised for their purpose and designed for specific requirements.
Applications
CR pumps provide a complete range of pump solutions so that all applications, industrial and domestic, can benefit from the Grundfos touch. The applications that can be covered include the following:

Wilo Jockey Pumps:
The MVIS is primarily used in pressure boosting applications, and is ideal for locations where subdued noise levels are required – such as hospitals, apartments, hotels and office buildings. It is also suitable for condenser and chilled water, as well as for use with VFD’s. The MVIS range is available in 15, 30 and 50 USGPM nominal flow ranges, which make up the thirteen 208-230/460/575v three phase models currently available.
The MVI features an extra thrust bearing in the pump end, elimating extra thrust loads on the motor. The MVI is available in oval or ANSI flanged connections, with flows up to 150 USGPM, and heads up to 750 feet. Both multistage ranges use a solid AISI 304 stainless steel construction.
Wilo Helix, the latest addition to Wilo USA’s multistage product offering, has arrived. Using a patent-pending 3D laser-welded impeller, the Helix boasts up to 33% more head, and 10% more flow per stage than similar products.
