With a wide range of configurations the Geo-Pulse Z-Flow can service systems with 3 to 12 zones. Each Geo-Pulse Z-Flow is made with performance and reliability in mind. Each zone is designed specifically to meet the flow rates required for the heat pump in that zone. Each unit is factory tested to insure functional integrity. Benefits of a non-pressurized system:

Because the Geo-Pulse Z-Flow is non-pressurized, you have the ability to add liquids like anti-freeze or water, without introducing air into your closed loop system. This is easily done by removing the lid and pouring water or antifreeze into the water storage tank. The lid on the Geo-Pulse Z-Flow is an auto venting lid. This lid allows the system to vent trapped air. The ability to vent trapped air reduces the number of service calls and emergency weekend call backs.

Each Geo-Pulse Z-Flow is carefully manufactured in the United States, taking great care to provide the end user with the best product that can be installed. Let the factory do the work so that you can have a simple installation and start up. Installation of the Geo-Pulse Z-Flow only requires that you connect the supply line of the heat pump to the discharge side of the Z-Flow and connect the return line from the loop field to the return line of the Z-Flow water storage tank. Two quick and easy connections according to your choice of flanged, grooved, or MPT connections. Though there is no maintenance required on the Geo-Pulse Z-Flow the Z-Flow is designed to allow the pumps to be isolated for service without introducing air into your closed loop system. There are isolation valves on the suction and discharge sides of the pumps and a check valve on the discharge side. Each Geo-Pulse Z-Flow water storage tank is made of Stainless Steel to prevent corrosion and insulated to prevent condensation and unwanted thermal exchange. The Geo-Pulse Z-Flow is truly the easiest and most efficient multi-zone flow center the market has to offer.
