The very first project we started within Texas included a fire pump through your company. We had our reputation to build in Texas, and this project would set the pace. I was treated like a customer should be, and the way I want to treat our customers. I look forward to continuing this great partnership. This has been a very challenging year, as a new office venture in Texas for Pioneer Fire Systems, Inc. The very first project we started with in Texas included a fire pump, and the purchase was made through your company. As the Operations Manager for Texas, I had no experience with Geo-Systems prior to this project, so of course I was attentive to the communication and service to be provided. We had our entire reputation to build as a competitor and provider of quality fire protection in Texas, and this project would set the pace. As in construction, there are always the unforeseen challenges, such as nowhere to receive deliveries, but the project site. Kurt and Jeremy (service manager) did a great job communicating with me about deliveries and then helped track down the delivery when it was delayed twice and missed by our onsite team. We certainly had our challenges, but I was never inclined to believe the issues were unsolvable. I was treated like a customer should be, and the way I want to treat our customers. The addition of an ATS to the project very late in the process required changing the controller style and a lot of electrical work. Not an easy task, but with concerted effort, physical aptitude and technical resources from Geo-Systems, we were able to tackle the challenges of a very tight schedule of completion. Working side by side with Jeremy and his field crew was a quality experience because Geo-systems was very willing to accept responsibility and take action to fully participate with all the trades involved. The field crew for testing and certifying the equipment worked well with our field crew, and presented a professional atmosphere to the observers who included the Fire Marshal, building owners and contractors.
I suppose the testament to my confidence in Geo-Systems is our continued business with them across the state of Texas. We have installed three more fire pumps this year, all Geo-System pumps.
